Wanted: 20-25 Kids Between The Ages Of 12-16

Do they play a sport? Do they want to get better? Jump start your fall sports season with our CrossFit Forney Performance Training Camp. This is an off season strength and conditioning camp for all sports. All skill levels are welcomed. Come unlock your athletic power! To be your best, come train with the best.

This will be limited to 25 kids.

Kids will: - Learn Injury Prevention - Learn Proper Form For Weightlifting - Learn leadership and team building skills - Improve Acceleration and Speed - Improve Body Awareness - Improve Core Strength - Improve Endurance and Stamina - Improve Redirection Speed - Improve Flexibility - Train with professional a National Olympic Weightlifting coach.

Dates 6 Weeks June 19th to July 26th Tuesdays and Thursday from 10:30am - 12pm

Cost: $200 For 6 weeks $20 For Drop Ins
